Includes the same features as the Member Artist Fee.

If you wish to bring a non-artist companion or spouse to the convention, you will need to sign them up as part of your own (artist) registration. After entering your own personal information on the registration form, click the ADD button and enter the personís first and last name. You can add up to three accompanying persons in the online registration form. If you want to bring more than three, you need to email contact@iapspastel.org. They will then be a part of your registration, and when you pick up your registration package in Albuquerque, it will include a special badge for your companion/s, which will give them entry to all events. The companion fee entitles them to all features listed under the artistís registration, except they cannot sign up for classes.

On-Line Registration

To register online on the IAPS site click on the REGISTER page and follow the prompts to sign up for classes and meals of your choice. Read the information carefully and keep a written note of your password so you can go back in to review your registration details later.

Be aware that workshops (as opposed to demonstrations) can only accommodate about 20 people in each class, and some will fill very quickly - even within days of the registration opening up. So if you really want a specific workshop, donít delay - register early! Demonstrations accommodate about 60 people so usually donít fill quite so quickly.

Online registration closes on Friday, May 5, 2017 at 12 midnight. After this date you may not make any changes or additions. Registration will be available at the convention in Albuquerque, starting Wednesday afternoon, June 7.

We recommend for best results you complete your registration on a computer or tablet, not a cellphone.

Mail-In Registration

If you do not wish to register online, you may download and print the registration form, complete it and mail it with your check or credit card information. Please be aware that some classes may fill between the time you mail your registration and the time it is received and processed. Click here to download the registration form.

On-Site Registration in Albuquerque

If you donít register online or by mail, you may register on-site at the convention starting on Wednesday afternoon, June 7, 2017. On-site registration fees will be the same as listed above. It is likely that many of the classes will be filled by then, so we recommend if possible you pre-register.

For local artists

Local residents who donít wish to attend the whole convention, may purchase individual class tickets for any spots that are still open. In lieu of paying a registration fee, there will be an administrative charge of $25 added to the cost of each class purchased.

Waitlists are available for workshops only (not for demonstrations or personal development seminars). On your registration form, the second tab lists all classes. Any workshop that is filled will have a FULL sign over the check box and there is also a WAITLIST button. If you wish to be waitlisted on that workshop, click the button which takes you to a white page, then click on SUBMIT TO WAITLIST. Your name will then be added to the waitlist. Spaces only open up if somebody cancels, and they are offered to those on the waitlist in the order received. If you are next on the waitlist you will receive an email from Red Weber, and you can then decide if you still want that workshop. If it involves cancelling or changing previously booked classes, there will be a change fee involved. Red will handle it, give you a price breakdown and make the changes for you.
