ARTIST - IAPS MEMBER: $195.00 Only members of IAPS member societies qualify for this discounted fee. For a link to Member Societies click here. You will choose the one society you want to appear on your badge.

ARTIST - NON MEMBER: $210.00 If you are not a member of an IAPS Member Society, select this fee. Your registration fee includes the same features as the Member Artist Fee.

ARTIST - CONVENTION INSTRUCTOR: $170 Includes same features as the IAPS member.

ACCOMPANYING COMPANION/SPOUSE FEE: $85 If you wish to bring a non-artist companion or spouse to the convention, you will need to sign them up as part of your own (artist) registration. After entering your own personal information, click on the ADD button and enter the person's first and last name. You can add up to three companions online, if you wish to bring more than three, email us. They will then be a part of your registration. In your registration package, which you will pick up in Albuquerque, there will be a special badge for your companion/s, which will give them entry to all events. The companion fee entitles them to all features listed under the artist's registration, except they cannot sign up for or participate in classes.

On-Line Registration will open in early October 2018, final date to be advised. Just click on the REGISTER page and follow the prompts.

OPTIONAL Pre-registration Convention Account Setup
There will be a period of about ten (10) days prior to the opening when you will have the option of creating your Convention Account in advance, by logging in, entering your password and personal information, but with no class selection. Once registration opens, simply go to the REGISTER page, open your account using your password, go directly to the class selections, sign up for classes of choice and process your payment.

Always be sure to keep a written note of your password so you can go back in to review your registration details later.

For the latest notification on the actual date registration will open and other important convention information, click on Join Contact List on the IAPS website sidebar.

Be aware that workshops (as opposed to demonstrations) can only accommodate about 20 people in each class, and some will fill very quickly - even within a day of the registration opening up. So if you want a specific workshop, don't delay - register early! Demonstrations accommodate about 60 people so usually don't fill quite so quickly.

On-Site in Albuquerque
If you don't register in advance, you may register on-site at the convention starting on Wednesday afternoon, June 5, 2019. On-site registration fees will be the same as listed above. It is likely that many of the classes will be filled by then, so we recommend that you pre-register, if possible.

For local artists
Local residents who don't wish to attend the whole convention, may purchase individual class tickets for any spots that are still available, once the convention registration opens on Wednesday, June 5. In lieu of paying a registration fee, there will be an administrative charge of $25 added to the cost of each class purchased.

Waitlists will be kept only for Workshops (not for Demonstrations or Personal Development Seminars). Instructions on how to waitlist a workshop will be explained once the registration is open.

Online 2019 Convention Registration will open in early October, 2018; we will announce the date in September. Tips on using the form will be available at this location. The actual registration form process will begin on the REGISTER page.
