The IAPS Convention activities take place at the Convention Center Campus of the HOTEL ALBUQUERQUE AT OLD TOWN which includes HOTEL CHACO.

MAKING A RESERVATION AT HOTELS ALBUQUERQUE AND CHACO

Reservations at the special IAPS convention rates at both these hotels will open on Wednesday, November 22 for a 3-night minimum stay, 12 noon ET (10am MT).

SPECIAL ROOM RATES

Hotel Albuquerque:	$165 per night, plus tax, single or double occupancy
Hotel Chaco:	$219 per night, plus tax, single or double occupancy (the resort fee of $30 per day which is usually added to the room rate is being waived for guests booking this IAPS rate)

These rates apply for the dates of June 11 through June 17, 2024, subject to availability. Cut-off date to book the special rate is May 1, 2024; for bookings after that date, higher rates may apply.

IAPS has blocked rooms and arranged a special rate of $139 per night, plus tax, at the Best Western Plus - Rio Grande Inn, which is three blocks from the Hotel Albuquerque, about a four-minute walk. The Best Western provides complimentary shuttle service to and from the Albuquerque International Airport from 7am to 10pm daily. Pick up location is on the airport "baggage claim" level; you will need to call the hotel front desk at 505-843-9500 after retrieving your luggage. If you arrive outside these times, you will need to arrange your own transportation to the hotel.
