HOW TO REGISTER STARTING NOVEMBER 15

Go to the REGISTER page and follow the instructions.

COVID19 VACCINATION: You must provide proof of vaccination for Covid19 at the time of your registration. The registration system will prompt you to upload a jpg or pdf of your proof, and you will not be able to complete your registration without it.

BE A VOLUNTEER: Organizing and running the IAPS convention is a huge job, and much of the work is done by volunteers. If you are willing to give at least 2 hours of your time, we can use your help in a variety of ways. It's a great opportunity to learn more about IAPS and meet lots of friendly pastelists. If this is your first convention, it's a wonderful introduction, and you'll find a lot of new friends! Click the volunteer button on the registration form, choose your area of interest, and note the date you plan to arrive. Our volunteer coordinators Judy Richardson and Willo Balfrey will be in touch with you to plan your job(s) in between your classes.

HOLD MY TICKET DINNERS
The "Hold My Ticket" dinners are a convenient way to stay on the Convention campus and share your dinner meal with friends without waiting on line for the restaurant, or walking into Old Town. Some people prefer to leave the hotel and find a place to eat, but some prefer to have the option to stay on campus.

Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable, unless the convention is postponed or canceled due to state mandates, then you will receive a full refund. They are, however, transferable - if you cannot attend, you may sell your ticket to another attendee.

Hotel Albuquerque will offer the following dinners on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings during the convention from 6:30 - 8:00 pm. These are OPTIONAL meals served and managed by the Hotel Albuquerque, and are not included in your convention registration.

THE HOLD MY TICKET DINNER RESERVATIONS ARE MANAGED THROUGH THE HOTEL'S WEB SERVICE (LINK BELOW) - IAPS DOES NOT HAVE ANY CONTROL OR INPUT INTO THAT SYSTEM. NOTE THE LINK FOR QUESTIONS BELOW.
